As CEO of 3Si, Matt Kushner leads our pursuit to deliver innovative, intelligent security solutions that meet customers’ evolving needs. An accomplished executive more than 35 years of experience in the security industry, Matt has held leadership roles within some of the most respected security organizations in the world including Honeywell, Integral Technologies, Schneider Electric Security Products Group and Stanley Security. He is dedicated to developing disruptive, innovative solutions that achieve results for our customers and position 3Si for long-term, sustainable growth.

Over the course of 30 years, Charlie has held multiple roles in the security industry. Starting off leading small engineering teams developing patented video and access control technology for high-security applications, Charlie quickly advanced through roles including product management, research & development, and delivery. He served as CTO at Stanley Security where he focused on delivering maximum value to customers while providing world-class physical security solutions and leveraging large untapped security data sets using ML and AI. As CTO of 3Si, Charlie oversees our technology strategy, guides technological innovation, and ensures integration of our cutting-edge solutions.

Keith Deaton oversees 3Si’s finance and operations as CFO/COO. Keith has more than 20 years of experience in financial management, financial planning & analysis, and controllership roles across manufacturing, distribution, and service industries, with 15 of those years dedicated to the security industry. In his role at 3Si, Keith is committed to setting the strategic vision, streamlining operations, impacting business growth and maximizing profitability. Keith received his MBA from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.

Ben Tucker serves as Executive Vice President of Sales at 3SI, leveraging over 20 years of leadership experience to drive sales strategy and foster customer success. Following 3SI’s merger with Wren Solutions, Ben was promoted to lead the integration and execution of a unified sales organization, optimizing performance and delivering innovative solutions. Previously, he held leadership roles such as COO at Fusionetics and SVP at Sharecare, building a proven track record of aligning teams, driving growth, and achieving measurable results.

As Senior Vice President at 3Si, Joseph Courtesis directs 3Si’s partnership with law enforcement and uses his extensive public safety experience to inform 3SI’s product development strategy. Joseph provided 27 years of service with the NYPD and held commanding officer positions in numerous precincts, the Central Investigations Division, and the Real Time Crime Center. Joseph is recognized as a subject matter expert in the deployment and ethical use of investigative technology. He is dedicated to ensuring that 3SI supports safety and security in ways that are ethical, effective, and expedient.

As Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Emily leads the human resources strategy at 3Si, guiding talent acquisition, employee development, while fostering a culture aligned with the company’s core values. She has 15+ years’ experience driving strategic initiatives to attract top talent, nurture employee engagement, and align workforce development with organizational goals, ensuring a positive experience.

Mary Pifer serves as Vice President of Marketing at 3Si, where she guides brand management, thought leadership, positioning, campaign and content strategy, channel and digital marketing and communications. Over her 37 years at 3Si, she has served in a variety of marketing, product, and customer operation roles making her uniquely qualified to understand market and customer needs. Mary is passionate about leading the marketing team, working to help customers and law enforcement overcome security challenges, and contributing to a safer world.
