What Should I Do If There Is A Crime?
It is crucial to report call 911 and report the crime as soon as possible. Be sure to include as many details as possible including suspect and vehicle description. After you have called 911, call 3SI’s Tracking Support Center (800-433-1173) to confirm a crime occurred. The rep may ask for details such as suspect/vehicle description, if weapons were used, what was stolen, etc.
Technical Support Process
– Contact the Tracking Support Center (TSC) for assistance installing devices, charging, questions about performance, etc.
– The TSC provides Tier 1 troubleshooting. If further troubleshooting is required, they will pass the call to Tech Support for Tier 2 troubleshooting.
– Tech Support can be contacted to schedule mass installs ahead of time (5 or more devices), as well as user portal training: techsupport@3si.com
