Reflecting on a Transformative Year at 3Si

Reflecting on the past year, it was extraordinary and transformative. At 3Si, we strengthened our commitment to supporting our customers and law enforcement partners in our shared fight against crime.

Partnerships That Make a Difference

We have revolutionized the safety and security industry by delivering real-time crime intelligence directly to law enforcement dispatchers. DirectToDispatch (DTD) was developed over two decades in partnership with more than 10,000 law enforcement agencies and has already helped remove 21,000+ felons from our communities.

Our partnership with Rapid Response Monitoring is expanding DTD’s capabilities even further, ensuring that more felony events reach law enforcement with real-time, verified crime intelligence—including audio, video, and license plate recognition (LPR). Designed in collaboration with law enforcement, this initiative enhances officer safety and enables agencies to respond to crimes faster and more precisely.

As we look ahead, we are excited to introduce new tools and enhancements that will improve officer safety, apprehend more criminals, and support safer communities for all.

Unifying Under One Brand

We took a bold step by rebranding and uniting our brands. Bringing all business units under one umbrella has strengthened our identity as the leader in end-to-end crime-fighting solutions. This transformation is more than a name change. It reflects our deep commitment to innovation, operational excellence, and our goal: creating a safer world.

Strengthening Our Leadership

This year, we also welcomed new talent and experienced advisors to help guide our future. Industry leaders Mike Lamb and Bill Bozeman joined the 3Si board, bringing invaluable expertise to shape our long-term vision and accelerate our impact.

Looking Ahead

Our transformation over the past 12 months has set the foundation for continued growth, innovation, and success in the years to come. But above all, our mission remains clear: The only ambition more important than removing bad actors from the street is ensuring that the men and women in blue return home safely at the end of every shift.

As we move forward, we remain committed to protecting lives, enhancing public safety, and ensuring that crime doesn’t pay.
